Matching Gifts

If your company has a matching contribution program for charitable giving, it will allow you to increase the impact of your personal contribution. Check with your
company’s Human Resources office for specific requirements for the matching funds.
Send the completed gift form to Children’s Surgery International along with your donation:

If you choose to make an online donation, please make a notation in the comment box to indicate that you are sending the matching gift form to us. CSI will provide any required information to your employer.

United Way Donations

United Way donations can be designated to Children’s Surgery International. The Greater Twin Cities United Way will handle the designation of funds. Simply write the name and address of Children’s Surgery International on your donation. This is an easy way to satisfy your employer’s participation goal and to know that the money is being sent to your charity of choice.
